Abstract
The invention relates to improvements introduced in invention patent number 200602335 relating to a safety system for moving handrails comprising a plurality of moving handgrips (), the system having a retractable stop () inside the railing (), a support structure (), joined to the railing (), having a guide (), a lowerable body () with respect to the structure () and having a guiding rod () with a runner () and a roller () moving parallel to the handgrips () and a driving element () of the body (), one of the ends () of which is rotatably connected to the support structure () and the other end () is rotatably connected to the lowerable body (), such that when the retractable stop () is pushed by the hand of the user, the rod () is moved and the runner () is released from the guide (), the lowerable body () being lowered due to the effect of the driving element ().
