Abstract
In order to realize with a low loss a hybrid structure in which an NRD guide is used for a transmission part and a microstrip line is used for a circuit element loading part, the present device includes: a dielectric waveguide () which is sandwiched between parallel conductor plates and has a gap which is less than a ½ wavelength; a microstrip line () which is provided on a side surface of a metal rod () opposite to the dielectric waveguide (), the metal rod () being adjacently arranged in parallel with the dielectric waveguide (); and a coaxial line () which pierces the metal rod () and connects the dielectric waveguide () with the microstrip line ().
