Abstract

The device () comprises four drawing cylinders () on which the film () passes and which are associated with press cylinders (), comprising: a first drawing cylinder () having a fixed axis (), a second drawing cylinder () having a fixed axis () which is offset in relation to the previous one, a third drawing cylinder () whose position is adjustable and a fourth drawing cylinder () having a fixed axis (). Said cylinders (A) are rotationally driven at differentiated speeds, such that a first drawing stage is formed between the second cylinder () and the third cylinder (), whereby the drawing distance (D) is preferably adjustable, and a second drawing stage is formed between the third cylinder () and the fourth cylinder (). The invention is used for the longitudinal drawing of synthetic films.
