Abstract

A switch circuitincludes a unit circuit including capacitors, an inductor, and a FET(switching element). The capacitorsare provided in a path P(first path) connecting I/O terminals. The capacitorsare serially connected to each other. To the path P, a path P(second path) is connected. The path Pincludes the inductorand the FET, which are serially connected to each other. To be more detailed, an end of the inductoris connected to a connection point N, and the drain (or source) of the FETis connected to the other end of the inductor. The source (or drain) of the FETis grounded.
