Abstract
A method for manufacturing an image display apparatus includes (i) preparing a display unit, wherein the display unit has a plurality of pixel circuits, each of the plurality of pixel circuits being provided with a drive transistor having a first main electrode connected to one terminal of a display device and a second main electrode and a control electrode connected to a power supply, for supplying a drive current to the display device, and a control transistor disposed between the control electrode and the first main electrode in the drive transistor for setting an electric potential of the control electrode of the drive transistor, and (ii) adjusting a voltage applied to between the second main electrode and another terminal of the display device.
