Abstract
The present invention is directed to novellipo-oligosaccharide inner core molecules, conjugates thereof and immunogenic compositions thereof. In particular embodiments, the invention relates to multivalent immunogenic compositions comprising five distinctinner core lipo-oligosaccharide epitope groups, wherein the multivalent compositions induce cross-reactive immune responses againstlipo-oligosaccharide immunotypes.
