Abstract
The objective of the present invention is to provide an anisotropic conductive film that is easily manufactured with high productivity and high yield. For this purpose, a pair of slitsare formed on a sheet-shaped base materialmade of a flexible insulating film, and this is cut out to prepare a support member, and contact portionsandare formed on the upper and lower surfaces thereof. Moreover, a conductive film, which makes only a pair of the contact portionsand, placed on the upper and lower surfaces, mutually conductive independently, is formed so that a conductive unitis formed; thus, a number of the conductive unitsare formed and aligned side by side.
