Abstract
The invention relates to a device for granulation of an ejected material from at least one nozzle (), in particular a thermoplastic plastic, with a perforated plate () comprising the nozzles (). A blade head () supporting several blades () lies opposite the same, fixed to a shaft () which is rotatably driven by a motor (). The motor () is suspended such as to be displaced relative to the housing () by means of a suspension (), however the above is suspended in such a manner that displacement is only possible in the direction of the axis () of the shaft () and not in a radial direction. The suspension () comprises at least one membrane () which suspends the motor () on the granulator housing (). The motor () can be adjusted relative to the perforated plate () by means of an adjuster device (), such that the desired pressure of the blade on the perforated plate () is maintained. The excised granulate particles are drawn out of the housing () by means of coolant.
