Abstract

A method of making a structure having an optimized sterical shape of a materialcomprises the steps of forming a pre-formof the structure of the material, setting geometric boundary conditions for the materialbeing in a state in which it is able to rearrange under the influence of internal tensions in the volume of the pre-formso that the material rearranges itself into the structure in a self-organized way, and transferring the rearranged materialinto a state in which the rearrangement of the materialis conserved.
