Abstract
A second buttonholeis provided on a front clothof an inner fold of a neckbandof a dress shirt. A left end of a rubber tapeis stitched on a rear cloth. A left end of a paddingis stitched on a right end thereof. A lining clothis stitched on a right end of the padding. A right end of the lining clothis stitched inside the rear clothof the neckband. A vertical tapehas an upper end and a lower end stitched on the rear clothunder the padding. A horizontal tapeis passed therebetween and has its opposite ends stitched on rear sides of the paddingand the lining cloth, respectively. Thus, there is provided a structure that a vertical tapeis held between a moving cloth, which is made of the paddingand the lining cloth, and the horizontal tape. When an uppermost buttonis hooked on the second buttonholeof the front clothand moved rightward against a tensile force of the rubber tape, it can move smoothly. Moreover, a neckline can be adjusted to a desired length without a conspicuous action.
