Abstract
A broadcast storage unit, which receives a program to be broadcasted digitally and records the program, includes a DeMUX processing unitthat acquires program information concerning a program to be broadcasted, an SI information analyzing unitthat extracts information on a new program from the acquired program information, a recording condition setting unitthat reserves the new program for recording based on the extracted program information, and a storing unitthat records the new program that is reserved for recording.
