Abstract
A solid electrolytic capacitor (A) includes a porous sintered body () of valve metal, and a metal case () accommodating the porous sintered body. The metal case () and the porous sintered body () are electrically connected to each other to serve as an anode. The porous sintered body () is formed with a dielectric layer and a solid electrolyte layer. The solid electrolyte layer serves as a cathode.
