Abstract

A site position can be detected using transmitted light or reflected light which does not include an excitation wavelength according to a configuration of a biochip. When reflected light is used, a light sourceis actuated. Light from the light sourcepasses through a barrier filterand is bent by a dichroic mirrorand passes through a dichroic mirrorand illuminates the biochip. The reflected light in the biochipenters a CCD camera. An output signal of the CCD camerais sent to a computation partand a position of a site on the biochipis detected in the computation part
