Abstract
A self calibrating imaging display system (). The imaging display system () can include a screen () having integrated photosensors (). The photosensors can detect luminance values () correlating to luminance levels of the screen. The luminance values can be forwarded to a calibration module () which can receive the luminance values as an input and generate luminance correction factors (). The luminance correction factors can be applied to adjust the luminance of the screen. Accordingly, images can be displayed on the screen with proper luminance levels.
