Abstract

The invention relates generally to a system and method for creating custom multi-relational ontologies. The invention includes a system and method for creating a master ontology and the application of one or more customizing constraints to the master ontology. Also provided are methods for creating custom ontologies using path-finding and creation of custom ontologies by applying customizing constraints to extraction, assembly, curation, and publication processes.
