Abstract
The invention relates to a novel method for the synthesis of 2,5-dioxane-1,4-diones having formula (I), comprising the oxidation of the ketone function of a cyclic compound having formula (II), wherein R, R, Rand Rindependently represent the hydrogen atom, halo, (C-C) alkenyl, (C-C)cycloalkyl, cyclohexenyl and a radical having formula —(CH)—V—W.
