Abstract
A belt conveyor for transferring a web threading tail in a web manufacturing machine has a frame construction () and a belt loop (), which is arranged around rolls (). The belt conveyor has adjustment elements () for changing the relative position of the rolls (). The adjustment elements () include transfer elements (), which are arranged in connection with both edges of the frame construction (). The adjustment elements () act in mutual co-operation for moving the roll () by operating the transfer elements () from one side of the frame construction (). A belt loop for the belt conveyor for a web threading tail in a web manufacturing machine is readily changed from one side of the conveyor.
