Abstract
Each intralayer lens disposed between a color filterand photoelectric conversion sections has a Fresnel lens structure composed of a center lensand an annular lens. As a result, the thickness of the intralayer lenses is reduced, and positions of upper lenses can be lowered without having to reduce the thickness of a color filter.
