Abstract
The invention relates to a method and system for recording and billing of services during roaming of a mobile IP node () in heterogeneous WLANs, in which first call detail records are transmitted from an access server () to a billing module () and second call detail records from the access server to a proxy module (). By means of a clearing module (), the obtained service is billed () at a provider () of a fixed network () and/or TAP files () are transmitted to a GSM () service provider () for billing.
