Abstract

A subject of the present application is new benzimidazole derivatives of formula in which A, Y, R, R, Rand Rrepresent different variable groups. These products have an antagonist activity of GnRH (Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone). The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing said products and their use for the preparation of a medicament.
