Abstract
An ink composition for inkjet recording including a compound represented by where Rand Rare each independently, hydrogen, a C-Csubstituted or unsubstituted alkyl, a C-Csubstituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, a C-Csubstituted or unsubstituted alkynyl, a C-Csubstituted or unsubstituted aryl, a C-Csubstituted or unsubstituted arylalkyl, a C-Csubstituted or unsubstituted cyclic alkyl, or a hetero atom-containing cyclic alkyl and M is hydrogen or Na, K, Li, or an ammonium ion. The ink composition may further include a coloring agent and water, so that the ink composition prevents formation of depositions therein over time to obtain high storage stability and good ejection properties.
