Abstract
Increasing performance companies whose business performance increases are selected among a number of companies and a growth ratio of the skill holding amount (an upskilling ratio) in each skill field is calculated. An average of the upskilling ratios of the increasing performance companies is found for each skill field. The average is used as a standard upskilling ratio. An upskilling ratio of a client company that requests an analysis in each skill field is compared with the standard upskilling ratio. This makes it clear that the skill field being important for the client company but insufficient in the skill holding amount. Then a plan to supplement the shortage can be drafted.
