Abstract

The present invention provides electrical cables that can be surely discriminated from one another, even when only a part of an outer surface of each cable is exposed. An electrical cablehas an electrically conductive coreand a sheathing layercovering the core. The sheathing layerhas an outer surfacewith a mono-color. On the outer surface, a first markand a second markare provided. At an endof the cable, the first markis provided on a first outer surfacewhile the second markis provided on a second outer surfacepositioned oppositely to the first surfaceof the sheathing layer. On the first outer surface, a plurality of the first and second marksare provided to be alternately positioned in a longitudinal direction of the cable. The first markhas a first color R while the second markhas a second color G different from the first color R. Desirable variation in hue of the first and second colors R, G allows discrimination of the cablesfrom each other.
