Novel compounds of the formula I in which R, R, L, E, G, M, Q, U, R, m, p and q have the meanings indicated. Further, the compounds of formula I can be used as, for example, inhibitors of tyrosine kinases, for example TIE-2 , and can be employed, for example, for the treatment of tumours or other diseases.
