Abstract
Carbapenem compounds represented by the general formula [1] or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof: wherein Ris C-Calkyl or hydroxylated C-Calkyl, R is hydrogen atom or a group which is hydrolyzed in vivo into a carboxy group, and G is a group represented by one of the formulae [G1], [G2], and [G3].
