Abstract
An anode electrodein an anode panel constituting a cold cathode field emission display is constituted of anode electrode unitsin the number of N (N≧2), each anode electrode unit is connected to an anode-electrode control circuitthrough one electric supply line, and V/L<1 (kV/μm) is satisfied in which V(unit:kilovolt) is a voltage difference between an output voltage of the anode-electrode control circuit and a voltage applied to a cold cathode field emission device, and L(unit:μm) is a gap length between the anode electrode units.
