Abstract
The discharge water means () is provided within an area equal to or more than an area of the shroud extending to 20 degree points in both directions from a center that is a lowest portion of the ring portion (). Due to this, if water drops adhered to the surface of the blade wheel () and the shroud () are collected at the lower side thereof due to gravity, it is possible to readily discharge the water. As a result, as it is possible to prevent the water drops from being stored in a clearance between the blade wheel () and the shroud (), even when the temperature of the atmosphere is low in a winter season or the like, it is possible to prevent a freezing lock phenomenon from occurring.
