Abstract
A wireless transmitter () including an amplifier (), an automatic output controller () (AOC) having an output coupled to a control signal input. The AOC detects a second amplifier parameter that changes with a change in load impedance during a transmission, and the AOC reduces a change in transmitter output power related to the change in load impedance based on a first parameter and the detected second parameter during the same transmission during which the second parameter was detected.
