Abstract
A folding stand () for a cross-cut saw or the like, has an elongate carrying body () for a cross-cut saw, at the ends of which two legs () are hinged. The legs pivot from a storage position, in which they are placed parallel to the carrying body (), into an operating position, in which they are placed in a trapezoidal position relative to each other. The cross-cut saw is detachably fixed to the carrying body (). The carrying body () is configured as a frame (), while the fixing device forms brackets (″) interacting with the frame.
