Abstract
An apparatus for manufacturing a cable bolt from a cable () includes first and second clamps () adapted to releasably clamp the cable () with the cable () extending along the longitudinal axis () of the apparatus. A first cable displacement device () longitudinally displaces the first clamp () relative to the second clamp () along the longitudinal axis (). A first clamp rotation device () rotates the first clamp () relative to the second clamp () about the longitudinal axis (). The apparatus also has a second clamp displacement device () for simultaneously longitudinally displacing the first and second clamps () along the longitudinal axis ().
