Abstract
The object of the present invention are (3,5-diaminophenyl)(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)methanone and the acid adducts thereof of formula (I), with 0≦n≧2 and HX denoting an inor-ganic or organic acid, the colorant containing these compounds and a method for producing the compounds of formula (I).
