Abstract

The invention provides an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of producing high quality images even when development is carried out under low electric potential conditions, and also provides an image forming device incorporating such an electrophotographic photoreceptor. In a photosensitive layerof a photoreceptorthe mobility of electric charges is 2×10cm/(V·s) or greater at an electric field intensity E of 1×10V/cm. Further, the slope αin equation 1 representing the mobility of electric charges is 5×10or less in an electric field range of 5×10<E<1×10.
