Abstract
A system for wireless data communication between a vehicle and at least one of its tires (), the system comprising a fixed antenna mounted on the vehicle and an antenna integral with the tire (), the latter antenna being located in proximity with the tire's () belt. The characteristics of the tire belt are chosen in order to achieve an increased transmission distance.
