Abstract
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing rubber parts monolithically combined with the substrate capable of molding, vulcanizing and adhering at a relatively low temperature. The method by the present invention for manufacturing rubber parts monolithically combined with a completed substrate, is a method to form rubber parts at precise positions on a substratecomprising: a placing step to place the substratein a die assembly K for molding rubber parts; a molding step to mold the rubber parts by casting unvulcanized rubber materialinto the die assembly K in which the substrateis placed; a releasing step to take unvulcanized rubber partsmonolithically combined with the substrateout of the die assembly and a vulcanizing step to vulcanize the rubber parts monolithically combined with the substrate.
