Abstract
In a turning drive apparatus () for turning a movable portion () of a model () by transmitting power from a drive source to the movable portion () through a gear train (), a pair of gears () included in the gear train () are coupled concentrically with each other through a common slip plate (). A friction transmitting portion () is arranged by combining at least any one () of the gears with the slip plate () so that it makes a slip motion to the slip plate () in a circumferential direction.
