Abstract
A composite electronic component provided is one with sufficient impact resistance. In this resonator, a capacitive elementhas a projectionprojecting outside a piezoelectric element, from a portion of the capacitive elementcoinciding with a vibration region. The projectionis provided on each of two sides of the capacitive elementin a direction substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the capacitive element. This causes the projectionsof the capacitive elementto be buried in a mold resin, whereby the capacitive elementis sufficiently fixed to the mold resineven if the mold resinis provided with a vibration spacecontaining the vibration regionof the piezoelectric element. Therefore, an improvement is made in impact resistance of the resonator
