Abstract

A device () for a body fluid bag, includes a filtering part () and a retransfusion part (), the filtering part () having a filtering part inlet opening () and a filtering part outlet opening (). The outlet opening () is arranged to be connected to an inlet opening of the body fluid bag, and the retransfusion part () has a retransfusion part inlet opening (), being arranged to be connected to an outlet opening of the body fluid bag, and a retransfusion part outlet opening (), wherein the filtering part () and said retransfusion part () are mechanically integrated to form a single unit. A transfusion unit () including such a device () is also disclosed.
