Abstract

In a CS in accordance with a PDMA system, control of transmission of a synchronous burst is performed at a transmission data generating DSP (). In particular, the synchronous burst for reconnection is transmitted with a relatively high transmission level during a plurality of first, successive frames and with a relatively low transmission level during a prescribed number of second, successive frames that follow. Such variation in the transmission level is repeated in a certain frame cycle so that an effect of the synchronous burst for reconnection on another PS connected to the CS will be lowered.
