Abstract

The apparatus for testing of a fuselage structure having longitudinal and circumferential curvature includes an assembly for applying forces to the fuselage structure. It includes a central shaft that extends in the longitudinal direction at the center of the fuselage structure and that is capable of being interlocked with the fuselage structure. The assembly for applying the forces is mounted between the fuselage structure and a support interlocked with the central shaft. The apparatus can be used to perform tests on an airplane fuselage.
