Abstract
A heat pump employing COas refrigerant and utilizing heat source of natural water, e.g. well water, ground water, river water or sea water, effectively is applied to an air conditioning system in order to enhance heating/hot water supplying capacity and refrigeration capacity without requiring a large scale appurtenant facilities.
