Abstract
An inspection apparatus of an electric junction box is provided, by which improper mounting of electric parts can be detected. The inspection apparatushas a CCD camera, an image-processing deviceand a control device. The CCD camera picks up images of fusein the electric junction boxas a subject of the inspection. The image-processing devicestores an image consulting data. The image consulting dataincludes a plurality of images of each fusehaving the same item symbol with regard to every item symbol, the fusesbeing used in the electric junction box. The control devicestores normal data indicating the proper item symbol of the fuseto be mounted on a corresponding mount. The image-processing deviceextracts the image most analogous to the image picked up by the CCD camerafrom the images in the image consulting data. The control devicejudges the quality of the item symbol of the fusehaving the most analogous image on the basis of the normal data.
