Abstract
The present invention relates to a water-soluble polymer dispersion comprising: a dispersed polymer made up of at least one water-soluble monomer A and at least one water-soluble cationic monomer B, at least one stabiliser C, and at least one cationic polyelectrolyte as co-stabiliser D. It also relates to a method of producing a polymer dispersion and to a paper-making process.
