Novel compounds according to general formula 1, wherein Gis NRRor a fused polycyclic group that are specific OT receptor agonists and/or Vreceptor antagonists. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds are useful in the treatment of, inter alia, primary dysmenorrhoea.
