Abstract

The invention relates to a micro-machined, vibrating structure (), comprising a fixing end (), connected to a fixed support () and a hollow shell, preferably in a cylindrical form with a lateral wall (), forming a vibrating wall () of the vibrating structure (), in which progressive or stationary waves are generated. The hollow shell comprises a base (), forming the fixing end () for the vibrating structure () and a free end (). A naturally decoupled region is arranged between the fixing end () and the free end () of the hollow shell.
