Abstract
An electrical connector () includes an insulative housing () for receiving a number of contacts (), and a metal shield () enclosing the insulative housing (). The metal shield includes a first frame () and a second frame (). The first and second frames share a partition wall () therebetween. The second frame includes a second bottom face () defining a mating slot. The partition wall has a fixing portion () wedged into the mating slot for ensuring a firm configuration of the second frame ().
