Abstract
A locking mechanism at an electrical connection assembly, comprising a first locking portionwhich is attached to an elastically deformable locking armwhich forms part of a first elementof the connection assembly; a second locking portion which is connected to a second element of the connection assembly and which can be made to engage or to be disengaged from the first locking portion; a securing slidewhich is linearly adjustably guided in a guide, which is urged by a spring elementinto a first position in which is prevents the locking armfrom being elastically deformed and which comprises a control face which is loadable by the second element in such a way that the securing slidecan be transferred into a second position in which it permits the locking armto be elastically deformed, wherein the guideis associated with the first element, wherein the locking arm, in a deforming direction, is elastically deformed towards the guidefrom an untensioned position and wherein the securing sleeveis adjustably guided in a setting directionbetween the locking armand the guidetransversely to the deforming direction
