Abstract
A multi-layered solid electrolytic capacitor is furnished with a plurality of capacitor elements, each having an aluminum foilhaving an anode portionand a cathode portionhaving a dielectric oxide filmand a cathode layersuccessively formed on a surface of the aluminum foil. The capacitor elementsare stacked on each other. Adjacent anode portionsof the capacitor elementsare welded to one another and adjacent cathode portionsare electrically connected one another by a conductive paste layer. An insulative resin layeris disposed on a boundary between the cathode portionand the anode portionof at least one of the capacitor elementsand on an adjacent region thereto.
