Novel compound having the following formula: wherein W represents a hydrogen, an optionally substituted Calkyl, an optionally substituted Ccycloalkyl, or an optionally substituted Chaloalkyl, Y represents a hydrogen, or a saccharide, Q represents a quinoline or isoquinoline.
