Abstract
A method of making a plurality of flexible containers () comprising the steps of manufacturing a plurality of bag structures (), separately manufacturing a plurality of valves (), aligning the valves () with openings () in the bag structures (), and securing the aligned valves () to the bag structures (). Each valve () comprises a vent layer () which is pervious with respect to expected gasses and a sealed passageway is formed between the vent layer () and the container () when the valve () is secured to the bag structure ().
