A point card system according to the present invention includes a customer ID recording area, a service point recording area, an information recording area, and a browse flag recording area. The customer ID recording arearecords unrewritable customer identification information. The service point recording arearecords the number of service points. The information recording arearecords provider information supplied from a provider without physical contacts. The browse flag recording arearecords a history of provider information browsing. A providerissues a wireless point cardto a customer. The provideris provided with a wireless transceiverand a card reader/writer. The system supplies provider information to the customer by radio and detects browse history information for providing an additional profit returning service.
